The Weave app allows a range of healthcare practices to manage their patient scheduling and contacts remotely. It provides a comprehensive view of office schedules, patient information and communication tools, all accessible through a smartphone. Our approach was to explain all these elements in as minimalist a way as possible. Our client gave us mood boards with references of isometrical illustrations which turn out to be a very effective visual language to explain the workflow of the app.
